About Us

In 1980, in Belize, Central America, Marie Sharp came up with some recipes for sauces, jams, and jellies while experimenting with fresh Habanero peppers, vegetables, and fruits from her farm. She was overwhelmed with positive feedback and encouragement when neighbors and friends tasted her recipes. That was when she decided to turn it into a family business.

Where We Are

Belize is a Central American country situated on the Caribbean coast. It is surrounded by Mexico to the North, Guatemala to the South and West, and by the Caribbean Sea to the East.
